Our origins in the Engadin
It was a different time when Domenic Feuerstein recorded his impressions of local nature in numerous books and poems. But the Grisons explorer and photographer's knowledge of the power of alpine herbs is still valid today. His love for the Engadin, the source of his inner peace, continues to inspire us generations later.

The perfect simplicity of nature, translated into cosmetics
In 2005, Domenic Feuerstein's granddaughter, Madlaina Feuerstein, created the first line of her natural cosmetics in S-charl. The remote village, which is now only inhabited in summer, still celebrates the customs and traditions that have always characterized our homeland.
Surrounded by Swiss stone pine forests, mountain meadows and steep peaks, Madlaina Feuerstein combined the characteristics of alpine herbs with the findings of modern cosmetics research. In this way, Feuerstein extracts the perfect simplicity of nature in its purest form.
The same values for over 16 years
Feuerstein is still based in the Engadin today and pampers private individuals, hotels and clinics with products made exclusively from sustainable raw materials and processed in Switzerland. In new hands since 2019, but still owner-managed.
