Validity of GTC

These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases or use of services or services as well as all deliveries of Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland GmbH. By concluding a purchase, the customer shows his agreement with these GTC. The scope of these GTC includes all deliveries of products, products and services that the customer purchases via the online shopping portal www.feuerstein-essentials.ch from Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland). The products and services offered are only valid for Switzerland.

Offer / Prices

All offers from Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland are subject to change and non-binding. Prices, product ranges and errors excepted. Packshots/product images may differ in color and design from the original. Chemical, technical and content descriptions of the products may differ from the manufacturers' descriptions. Prices are binding from the time the customer places the order. The current prices can be found at www.feuerstein-essentials.ch. Prices are quoted in Swiss francs including VAT. In the event of a price error, Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland reserves the right to make subsequent price changes. In such a case, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and can withdraw from the purchase of the product.

Order / Delivery

The contract is concluded with the confirmation of the customer's order after selecting the payment method by credit card (American Express, Master Card, VISA), PayPal or Apple Pay or prepayment. An order placed by the customer is binding, whereby the customer receives a confirmation e-mail from Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland to the specified e-mail address. Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland reserves the right to refuse any order placed by a customer. The customer is responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the billing and / or delivery address provided. Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland reserves the right to refrain from fulfilling the contract in case of incorrect information. Products that are not available from stock must first be obtained from the manufacturer or supplier. A possible purchase contract is therefore only concluded under the condition of self-supply. If a product is no longer manufactured or can no longer be supplied by our supplier, no contract is concluded between Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland and the customer. Cancellation of the ordered products is only possible after consultation with Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland. With the order, the customer confirms that he is of legal age (at least 18 years old) at the time of the order.

Delivery

Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland has a large stock of all products available for purchase in the online store. Items available from stock are usually packed and delivered on the same day or the day after the order is placed. The customer will therefore receive the order within 1 to 4 working days. Products that are not available from stock must first be obtained from the manufacturer or supplier. The time of delivery may therefore be delayed. Under no circumstances do delays in delivery justify claims for damages or a right to withdraw from the contract. Dates and delivery periods are non-binding. The customer must check the goods for completeness immediately upon receipt. Incorrect deliveries must be reported to Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland within 5 days at the latest. Otherwise, Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland reserves the right to charge for additional products delivered.

Order quantity

Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland reserves the right in any case to limit the delivery quantity for certain products or, if necessary, not to deliver a certain product at all. If there are outstanding invoices from a customer or a customer at the same address, Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland reserves the right to refuse orders or withhold them until the outstanding amount has been paid.

Shipping costs

Feuerstein Essentials ships all deliveries within the EU via DHL Express. Free shipping for all orders over €39.

Returns

If a product does not meet your expectations and you would like to return the goods, please contact us in advance and inform us of your wish to return the goods.

The return costs are generally borne by the sender. Except:
- You have received the wrong item
- Incorrect information was provided in the online store
- The item is defective or incomplete

Complaints

Complaints regarding the quality of the delivery or products will be accepted for 10 days after receipt of the goods.

Transport damage

Any transport damage must be reported to Swiss Post immediately. We decline all responsibility for any transport damage that cannot be documented with a damage report. Transport damage must be reported within 5 days.

Means of payment

The following payment methods are valid for purchases in the online store; American Express, Apple Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, VISA. Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland reserves the right to make orders subject to a credit check. Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland uses secure procedures for the transfer of data, in particular credit card data is encrypted using proven SSL technology.

Data protection

Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland guarantees that customer data obtained in the course of an order will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties. Data may be passed on to partners as part of the ordering and delivery process. E-mail addresses may be used for contact, order confirmation and newsletter purposes. Liability

If the customer suffers direct or indirect damage or consequential damage as a result of a product sold by Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland, Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland cannot be held liable for this. This excludes in particular damage caused by use, faulty performance or loss of performance. Under no circumstances shall breach of contract, impossibility of performance, fault at the time of conclusion of the contract or tortious acts give rise to claims for damages or a right of withdrawal from the contract.

Applicable law / place of jurisdiction

All obligations are subject to Swiss law, subject to deviating, mandatory jurisdictions under federal law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

Changes AGB

Should individual provisions or several provisions of these GTC be invalid in whole or in part or lose their legal validity later, this shall not affect the legal validity of the remaining terms and conditions. Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland reserves the right to adapt these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) at any time and to apply them immediately.

DISCLAIMER

Content of the online offer

Feuerstein Essentials Switzerland excludes, to the extent permitted by law, any liability with regard to the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the descriptions and information provided.
